The CMS guys did a wonderful job of fabricating and installing my replacement metal blown off and damaged by Hurricane Helene. The color matches the undamaged perfectly. They took extra care to insure the fabrication would match the original design. They were polite and communicated well. The office staff are also easy and a pleasure to deal with. Responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Even though it was a small job, the time to get the repair completed was quick. Keeping in mind this was right after the recent hurricane. And the estimate came in a less than my insurance said the cost should be!

All of the crew worked very hard and the site manager listened to all my concerns. He explained the process and checked behind the men.
He man that did the clean up duty around the house was super!! He got up all but three little nails and all the trash. I have noticed other homes getting new roofs and their spaces were not as neat as mine as they were working.
Hopefully, we won't need another roof but if we do-CMS roofing is the first company we will call!!!!

Work quoted on 10/23; put on schedule on 10/24; work scheduled to be done late Fri. Nov. 15; CMS called to reschedule work for Saturday, 11/16 for 7:00 - 8:00 AM Sat., 11/16 - never showed up - no phone call for explanation. I had to call Monday morning, 12/18 for rescheduling later that day.

Probably one of the most affordable roofing companies in my area. I initially contacted them before we purchased our home inquiring about potential costs because we very much wanted this home but the roof needed to be replaced soon. We encounted SO many issues when were trying to close with the date constantly being pushed back but as soon as we were ready so was CMS!

They helped us with where to go for financing and worked with us when we had some unexpected additional fees because of bad wood. They started the roof in the morning and were finished by the evening. We had to reschedule the roof date once due to weather but it was only by a few days.

I went back and forth via emails before, during, and after asking questions and getting answers to those questions. They're pretty great about addressing concerns and it doesnt take long to get a response back which was really important to me throughout the process.

We had an old skylight that needed to be replaced. CMS came out quickly for a site visit and the estimate was provided a few days later. Once we approved the job the skylight was ordered and it was installed in short order. The work was done with care and skill. The work area was left nice and clean and the installers were very polite and professional. Overall - we were very pleased and would recommend CMS Roofing.

People were very professional. Timely and great work. However awhile after the job was complete I had to go in attic. Where I have an uneven roof when they used the tools to take off old shingles the had punched holes in it he siding that I must now repair. Being of age I don’t get on the roof or in the attic much so this was not noticed until long after job was done. Still pretty disappointing !!

If I could leave no stars I would. Homeowners beware. Count CMS Roofing as yet another business who is only interested in replacing your entire roof, not making repairs. The technician, Jeremy, arrived and appeared disinterested in offering any assistance in assessing the situation. I told him what the tech sent by the insurance company had said prior, yet he didn't even bother to inspect at all. He walked around my property and took pictures and left in the span of about 5 minutes. This was a complete waste of time. And in response to the response below, there was nothing vague about asking him to assess the situation that I explained to him, nor did he ask about my email address for additional information, which was already provided to your office. Its funny how this review got a swifter response from your office than any other correspondence. There was never any follow-up via phone or email after the visit to discuss what my needs were. I would have been more than willing to do so. But to put this on a potential customer speaks volumes about how this business is being ran and its lack of accountability as far as something as simple as what could be perceived as a breakdown of communication.

CMS roofing gave me good pricing. They were very fast and I love the way my new roof looks....I went with the most expensive roof with 25 year warranty. They came in on April 1 and were done o. April 1 2024....they also cleaned up after all that work. I would hire them again.

First of all I have to thank CMS roofing for my fantastic roof. My home looks like new. All the staff were great! We used them for ten years for repair and for me there was no other choice but to use them for the replacement. They even replaced screens that were damaged and marks that were on the siding after the replacement!

Brandi and D'Lynn has been my go-to in setting up water tests for a couple projects in Lake Carolina and was so quick and efficient in scheduling the tech and they both have had great communication. We received excellent customer service! Their technician showed up the day after I called and found a pipe boot was bad and causing our water leak. He showed us a picture of it from inside the attic so we could see how water was getting in and running down a beam to where it leaked into our bathroom ceiling. We received the quote via email the next day and decided to be proactive and replace all 4 pipe boots to avoid this problem down the road. We were scheduled for 2 weeks out but received a call that we could be worked in the next morning. We were happy about that because that was before the rain came Saturday. The technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. We were shown pictures after completion so we knew how it looked. And, when the rain came-

We had an elusive roof leak. CMS has been very professional, from the first contact with the office, the initial inspection, to the final repair. The repair was neatly done and the crew left our yard clean. I'm waiting for a good long rain to see if the repair solved the problem.

The CMS guys and girls are always the best. The guys come to clean the roof and gutters and do a great job. Not only do they blow it off from above, they blow off the deck and driveway also. I usually have them out twice a year. A lot less than a visit to the ER for falling off the roof.

Where to begin? I was the recipient of the 2023 free roof for first responders and military. The office staff communicated with me well in advance and kept me up to date on when it was to be installed. On the morning of installation, the crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They stripped the entire roof and installed top quality GAF roofing products. The crew all had safety harness and other gear to prevent injuries. CMS is a professional roofing company that I highly recommend.

Best part of the whole thing was it was completely no cost to me. CMS gives back to the community. If you need a roof and are a first responder I encourage you to apply next year. Follow their Facebook page to watch for the next one to be posted.

They did a full replacement of my roof. They moved the installation date 5 times before finally sticking to one. The crew failed to put back on the screens on my gutters, left half of the screens on the roof and also took the ground cloth I was using to keep out weeds from flower beds.

They have tried to fix this 3 times, 1 was cancelled but the other 2 times they sent out a crew that "installed" the screens horribly. There are large gaps, most would not stop anything from falling into the gutters and a few look to be under so much tension from getting jammed in that they may break. It has been almost a month since they did the roof.

They also haven't replaced the ground cloth yet, but have said they would.

If you have gutters on your roof I would recommend finding a different company for roofing.

Update: The company resolved these issues.

As addressed by other reviewers I am now also familiar with Mr. Curcios bait and switch antics. He pulled the same stint on my job. He has now filed an illegal lien on my property. The job is very sloppy work and is 60% finished. I’m addition to filing suit, I intend to report his fraud to the proper state departments and other authorities. I have multiple video, audio, and pictures to submit. I code this review with a reminder to CMS doffing that A contractor who files a frivolous lien is subject to a fine up to five thousand dollars, the loss of his registration or contractor license, or both.

Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt estimate. Very professional. Supplied before and after pics. Took care of the problems previous roofers made. Kept me up to date on schedule, cleaned up any evidence of debris. Very quiet, could barely tell they were on the roof whereas previous roofers slammed shingles and stomped around so hard my ceilings cracked. Just very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Pricing in line with other estimates but the difference is the whole process was smooth and efficient and they ACTUALLY FIXED the problems made by previous companies. Called them after “storm chasers “ came by and tried to convince me I needed new roof and had to file with my insurance. This company came out within days, assured me it was just a few missing shingles that would cost much less to replace than an insurance deductible and that I didn’t need to make a claim and that this was a scam to get business. Their price was very reasonable and they were able to get me on their schedule the next week even though it was their busy season. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they changed the date last minute and then didn’t show up or call the second time on time. They did eventually come that second day, just hours later and I did call about it. But I wasn’t the first call and again it was the busy season and they put me on the schedule right away.

I am the Business Administrator for a medium-sized church in Columbia, SC with four buildings. We have used CMS Roofing since 2008 for all of our roof repairs. We switched to their gutter cleaning service a couple of years back and they did a great job fixing the leaky gutters and have kept them in good shape.

We recently needed to replace a roof on one of our buildings and chose CMS based on their history of doing such good work for us. There were a couple of issues, but the owner jumped in and made sure everything was made right. I am really glad to say we can count on CMS to do the right thing, and do a great job.

I have worked long enough to know that it is how a company/person reacts when there are problems that makes them a good company/person to do business with. It is getting more and more rare to find the kind of caring and quality of work that CMS has demonstrated to us over the years.

Couldn’t be more impressed with CMS Roofing. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I had slightly cheaper quotes, but they were not nearly as professionally completed and thorough as CMS Roofing and decided to go with them. I’m so glad I did! Mike & Diamond were on time and very professional. They completed the job very efficiently and when complete they asked me to come check their work. I noticed I had some old repairs where the shingles still didn’t match and they agreed to go ahead and replace those as well at no extra charge! So in the end, I SAVED money by going with the more professional company! So thankful for your team! Communication has been superb throughout and you can tell everyone truly cares about the customer. A rarity in my experience!

When I realized I had a roof leak, I called CMS Roofing because I remembered seeing a beautiful curved porch roof they installed years ago. For my repair two workers arrived at the appropriate appointment time and immediately started replacing 2 vent boots on the metal roof. Then they cleaned all of the gutters. Prior to departure they made certain the work area was immaculate. Many thanks .

They did a magnificent job on my roof. The workers were very informative of the damage that was underneath the shingles as they were tearing off the old shingles. I wanted everything fixed and they complied with much appreciated professionalism. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs!

CMS Roofing was amazing. The job CMS did was a large job; re-siding the entire house! Jeremy, the project manager, was amazing from the first day he inspected the house to the final punch list. Jeremy & his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and they put care into their work! They cared about detail & getting the job done right. The craftsmanship was detailed! I would highly recommend CMS Roofing on any job..siding AMAZING!! FIVE STARS!!

I called CMS on Saturday to inquire about roofing services and someone answered the phone! Monday the owner Michael Curcio, inspected the roof and gave a quote. I have received quotes from other roofing companies. Was impressed by Michael Curcio’s professionalism, organization, quality of product and roofing methods. So impressed that I signed a contract at this inspection. Will post another review after work completed. This company is a no bull, let’s get it right company. Am looking forward to my new roof by CMS.

My husband (ex) won the Veterans Give Back contest this year! D'Lynn and Mike and amazing people and they have a wonderful crew that works with them! The roof is beautiful and they used 50 year shingles so this roof will outlive both of us! Such a caring company to give back to the community❤

Gave us straight answers about the condition of our roof. Didn’t need replacement quite yet. Our other house we knew did and so they earned our trust and business. Did a great job and explained and let me see the parts I was especially worried about. Even out here in the boonies they showed up at the crack of dawn and finished before the rain came. New roof is beautiful.

I live in Irmo and CMS Roofing has been cleaning the pine straw from my roof and gutters for over 15 years. In that time, all of the service guys have been super friendly and prompt. They also tell me about any maintenance items that should be addressed while they are on the roof. My house is very tall and I just can’t get up there to look at it myself, and I rely on them to tell me what’s going on up there. They also thoroughly clean up all the mess and leave my yard cleaner than it was before they came. I highly recommend CMS Roofing.

Recently, I asked CMS to provide an estimate for basic landscape maintenance in my back yard, as I have been unable to maintain the yard myself due to a disability. The owner’s wife called and told me that it would just be too expensive to send their professional guys to do the job, so she offered to send her teenage boys to do the job for extra money and for the work experience. So, on Saturday afternoon, the owner came to my house with their sons and spent over 2 hours cleaning up my back yard. The owner was very sympathetic to my situation and even offered to do this free of charge…but I was happy to pay the boys for their Saturday work. This is an absolutely true story and I hope that others can see “, based on this information, CMS’s commitment to its customers and to the community, in general. I’m sure I am not the only customer who has experienced exceptional service over the years. CMS offers lots of home maintenance services, and you just can’t go wrong when choosing this company to service your home, too.

What an amazing experience it was dealing with CMS roofing. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Had a leak and the owner came out and gave me an estimate. Very professional, knowledgeable, I only wish I would have used them to install my new roof while building. If you want it done right, call CMS!
